The Maadi Tower is a mix-used tower located at a very vibrant and strategic location right on the Nile River. The building contains 3basement floors, ground floor, 2 podium and 27 Floors. The project includes Retail Shops, Restaurants and Cafes, Health Club and offices along with building technical and mechanical areas. The Total GFA of the Building is 77,180 square meters. The Building envelop is a modern in theme aesthetically used of glass and aluminum curtain wall system.
